These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Boardroom Labs website (the “Site”), operated by Boardroom Labs Inc. (“Boardroom Labs,” “BL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Nothing on this Site constitutes:

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
